At RitualSand, every kit is handcrafted with care, intention, and spiritual energy. Due to the fragile nature of the product and its personal ceremonial purpose, all sales are final and non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, except for damaged or defective items. This strict policy helps us maintain the purity, safety, and energetic integrity of our products.

Please double-check your order details before placing it, as all purchases are considered final once confirmed.

Unopened kits can be returned within 7 days. Opened kits are non-returnable due to hygiene.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@ritualsand.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Outer packaging and shipping label

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Requests after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Broken items due to improper unboxing

Items damaged after delivery

Sale kits, personalized ritual sets, or gift cards

Delays caused by shipping providers
